Responsibilities
Follow office work flow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
Support other teams with various administrative tasks .
Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
Perform basic day to day office related tasks.
He/She must have excel knowledge .
He/she must know how to handle social media platforms.
Requirements
Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
Experience in customer service will be a plus
Must be soft spoken.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and back-office .
Working knowledge of office equipment .
Knowledge of maintaining office records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Reliable with patience and professionalism
Associates/College degree; BBA/MBA in business administration or relevant field is a plus.
*Preference would be given to the local candidates
