Inviting applications for the role of Manager-Salesforce Test Lead
This role lies with Genpact Corporate IT -TAS Division. You will be responsible for leading Testing of My Sales, Marketing, TMM, VIC, apps of Salesforce platform Projects having Testing of third-party Integration with Oracle HRMS, Pinnacle, Mavenlink, IDB and Power BI.
Responsibilities
Writing test cases from business requirements.
Functional and Regression Testing of My Sales, Marketing, TMM, VIC apps of Salesforce platform.
Testing Third Party Integration with Oracle HRMS, Oracle Finance, Pinnacle, Mavenlink, IDB and Power BI Apps.
Testing Mavenlink Application.
Testing Orbit Reports,
Participating in Automation Test Scripts coverage for regression using Java Script for Salesforce apps,
Reporting Bugs in Bug Tracking Tool Azure DevOps (VSTS).
Documentation of Test Results.
Prepare and report daily dashboards.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduate in Technology (any stream)
Preferred qualifications
Relevant Years of Total Experience in Testing Domain.
Experience in Testing My Sales, Marketing, TMM, VIC apps of Salesforce platform.
Should have Sound Knowledge of CRM as domain.
Should have good experience on participating in of Automation Test Scripts using Java Script.
Should have good experience on handling changes and conducting regression tests.
Should be highly self-driven.
Should have willingness to learn, good problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
Should have strong communication skills
Should have excellent customer handling skills.
Should have Experience in Testing third party Integration with Oracle HRMS, Pinnacle, Mavenlink, IDB and Power BI Apps.
Should have Experience in Testing Orbit Reports and Status Reporting.
Should have Expertise in Bug Life Cycle, Traceability matrix, SDLC, and STLC.
Should have good understanding of Bug Tracking Tools preferably VSTS.
Should have expertise in writing test cases from business requirements.
Good to have Expertise in Testing HRMS of Oracle R12.
Should have good Knowledge of SQL Queries.
