Expectations
- 5-8 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience with a high-performing environment & company into Information Technology(IT)
- Reports to the Head of Recruitment
- An expert level of knowledge in all recruiting components
- Stakeholder Management : Maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers and business partners
- Great Communication, oral & written
- Make it a great experience, for both internal business partners & candidates alike
Job Description
- Source candidates using multiple search methods, build robust candidate pipeline
- Followup with internal stake holders for CV screening
- Handle IT & Non-IT Hiring
- Identifying future hiring needs | Developing job descriptions & specifications
- Assessing applicant knowledge, skills & experience to best suit open positions
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Manage the overall hiring process
- Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
- Identify key recruitment KPIs
