Job Description
- Should be good at Manufacturing / Engineering recruitments.
- Should possess extensive knowledge on tapping right candidates.
- Drive full-life cycle recruiting processes
- Develop and implement talent acquisition practices and ensured their flawless execution in respective regions and corporate with help of Job Portals (Naukri, Linkedin etc.) and Internal Job Postings.
- Designing the Job description template and Induction template of all functions in accordance with current market trends.
- Process Owner of New employee joining and subsequent inductions into company culture.
- Maintained TAT to a minimal level.
- Market Intelligence: Build and Strengthen the market research, pipeline building activities, proactive engagement process with active and passive candidate pool. Establish a definite Source Mix across Zone focusing on the Cost-Free Model of Hiring.
- Should establish internal references and think on cost cutting model and appreciate / motivate both at factory level and branch level HOD's on internal references for closing the positions at the earliest.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with vendors, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
- Develop a strong pipeline of high-caliber talent for all current and anticipated demands.
