Job Description

Has worked on internal audit/ risk assessment engagements during articleship / post qualification period. Should have worked on Internal Financial Control engagements.
Should understand the risks and control environment of major business cycles.
They shall be responsible for leading / executing on- field audit / IFC engagements including preparing reports for review of engagement leads.
Should be able to monitor on- field performance of articles / interns working under them.
Should be able to chart out audit field work plan and ensure timely completion of audit and submission of deliverables/ reports within planned time.
Should be reasonably capable to articulate the issue, identify risk and suggest improvement measures.
Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach.
Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
Should have good presentation & communication skills.
Should also be well versed with MS office tools.
Should be open and honest in communication with clients and colleagues.
