Sourcing Freshers, 1-2 years experience Candidates for Voice, Non-voice, chatting and accounting profiles.
Should be able to evaluate the candidates Communication Skills.
Sourcing, conducting interview and following up with candidates.
Able to source profiles through, Naukri, Monster, Shine, Indeed and other social media platforms.
