Required Candidates for Customer Support (Inbound Officer)- Banking

NOTE: ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS

Location: Goregaon East besie Hub Mall

Salary: 2.50 to 5 LPA

Work hours for men it is 24/7 rotation basis / for the women it is from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm on rotation

Will get 2 days as week offs that to in rotation basis as in could be Monday & Thursday and not Sat and Sun

Qualification: No Graduate before 2016

Age:26 yrs max

Experience: Graduates Minimum 3 years exp/ Post Graduates Minimum 2 years exp.

Responsibilities:

• Displaying complete onus to customers queries / problems
• Delivering service with requisite courtesy and accuracy
• Adhering to product and process requirements, with nil errors
• Escalating customer issues to the right internal stakeholders
• Effectively resolving customer complaints at the first instance, with excellent customer satisfaction scores
• Ensure process efficiency and effectiveness by
• Complying to service and sales guidelines
• Achieving Call Quality targets
• Resolving customer queries at the first instance of contact, with minimum call handling time
• Cross-sell / upsell set products like
• Loans and mortgages
• Priority / elite accounts
