Job Description
Cost Audit and preparation of the report in XBRLCost Records Maintenance for clients
Calculation of Product(s)/Service(s) wise Costs
Analysis of abnormal incomes and expenses
Variance Analysis
Implementation of Activity Based Costing System
Preparation of MIS Reports.
Preparation of Budget for value streams and Tracking.
Creation of Valuation records for materials in SAP.
Calculation of TNS (Total Net sales) for all products.
Transfer pricing calculation and maintenance in system.
Creation of WBS for budget Top up in SAP.
Part roll out in SAP.
Weekly productivity Analysis and tracking with reasons for deviation.
Analysis of Cost elements and its reclassification.
Preparation of Bill Of Materials (BOM) for New Project.
Assist in make or buy decision for Material Inputs.
Preparation of Budget for various projects (Project costing).
Inventory valuation of raw materials available at the end of project.
Preparation of Budget for value streams and Tracking.

Transfer pricing calculation and maintenance in system.

Comparison of budgeted overheads to actual overheads and find out variations if any.
Vouching of all payment related to materials from material receipt vouchers.
Checking of Material Ledger, Bin Card to note Receipt and issue of materials.
