Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Acquisitions of new Home loan / LAP / Mortgage relationships.
• Organizing Sales visits.
• To develop relations with the key influences in the areas, to generate business for the bank.
• Tying up with a number of candidates in the area
• Managing existing relationships profitably
• Earning fee based income through PF & other cross sell products of the bank.
• Completion of documentation and files of customers and coordinate with the operations / credit team to get the files disbursed.
• Knowledge of finance process, how to source documents from the customers, how to get the files filled, KYC completion, etc
• Wide contact base in the local market
• Knowledge of competition players in the local market
• Working knowledge of mails, excel, word etc
