• Meet the assigned Target Metrics [Outbound and Inbound].
• Complete Knowledge of the Product & Services.
• Communicate the Value of Offering basis Price, Design & Quality.
• Be responsible for the upkeep of the Studio.
• Ensure accurate inventory management including the stock replenishments at the Studio.
• Build a Long Term Commercial Relationship.
• Constant Engagement with Loyal Customers.
• Demonstrate your Personal commitment with 100% focus to determine and meet their needs.
• Develop Market Intelligence and track competition within the Region.
• Record Customer testimonials & satisfaction levels, maintain accuracy in data being recorded in Studio lead book.
