We are Hiring for HR Recruitment

HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening of candidates for all IT/ NON IT profiles from various job portals as per the client's requirement

• Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up
• Scheduling interviews, salary negotiation and follow-up
• Update the interview feedback to candidates and responding to their query
• Updating and maintaining the database, generate daily reports and update them
• Should be highly motivated and a self-starter at work.
• Team Handling/ Client communication will be preffered
• Must have Good communication skill
• Shall not have exp from US IT Recruitment.
