Experience: 8-10 years of work experience in the field of HR cum AdminAge 39-45 years Residential Candidate will be preferred. Company will provide BHK House. Responsibilities:Manage 100+work force Proficient in maintaining payroll related information, validate attendance and pay adjustmentsSTATUTORY COMPLIANCES -- Monitoring & Amp; follow-up for strict adherence and compliances with the provision of various Labor Legislations (EPF, ESI, PT etc.).PF, ESI, PT Calculations cross check, Payment && file management .Annual Return LWF Payment.Understanding of Labor laws . , Labor Deptt LiaisingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGrievance handling, Contract Management,Handling Union Matter, Audit Reporting, Training and Development Canteen Management,GuesHouse managment ,Facility Management Qualifications:Minimum Education: MBA in Human Resources PreferredMinimum 5years in HR cum Admin experience In Factory or Large Warehouse Proficient Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Job Types: Full-time HR DAMINI - 8097005***
