Job Description

Having exposure in preparation of project reports and financial models for project funding/ with Different Banks, NBFC etc

Reduction of interest rate, margins, charges and other routine requirements,

Hands-on exposure of interaction and liaison with banks for fund raising and various drawdown compliances of term loan and cash credit loan (Fund-base and Non Fund-base)

Good exposure in handling consortium banking for funding requirements

Consolidation and finalization of monthly, quarterly & annual accounts (Balance sheet) with statutory audit

Experience of handling of Direct tax, Income tax assessment proceedings/ Reply of miscellaneous notices received from income tax department, Appearance before Settlement Commission

Reporting to: Director

Qualification: CA

Experience: Minimum 15 years out of this at least 2-3 years at leadership position
