- Understand the Job description along with Client Business.
- Source Profiles from various job portals and social network sources.
- Selling opportunity and assessing candidate from JD perspective
- Assess personality traits for role fits.
- Prepare work MIS and Update.
- Achieve monthly targets on position closure and revenues.
- Number crunchy resource with metrics for performance.
Candidate Requirement:
- Should be passionate Selling and Tele discussion.
- Strong Eye for details to understand the role and JD.
- Go getter with street smart attitude.
- Should be Tech Savvy.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Critical in Learning, New skills, technology, and process.
