Assistant Manager - Talent Match
In this role, you shall be responsible for Design & implement Talent Match wide change management strategy.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Track PMO leads to assess change management impact on different stakeholders
Create mitigation plans to address risks and change management gaps for each solution implementation
Work closely with communication business partners & track PMO leads to craft communication messages and plan. Execute change communication.
Craft innovative strategies for change embedment
Craft change playbooks and program manage change journeys with the help of change champions
Drive roadshows for organization-wide initiatives
Work cross-functionally to help influence change without authority
Help craft end-user experience across solutions
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical or engineering field
Preferred qualifications
Solid problem solving, critical thinking & analytical skills
Experience in working with senior stakeholders
Excellent relationship management & influencing skills
Storytelling & Executive presence
Program Management
Ability to get down in the trenches and execute
