Requirement -

• Relevant experience towards the Demand side, wherein candidate has launched a City and expanded Business
  • Candidate should have proven experience in handling a team of 30+ Sales Executives and Team Leaders reporting to him
  • Sound knowledge of Business and past experience of expanding a City and driving numbers from Sales team (executives+ team leads)
  • Need experienced candidates who are already working at a Managerial role and don't share profiles who are working as a team lead.
  • Salary offered will be8 LPAat the max(80% Fixed+ 20% Variable)
  • The age category isbelow 33 years.
  • 3-8 years of overall experience
  • Kindly focus onimmediate joiningor who can join within a week.
  • Multilingual Requirement-English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu orTamil
  • Education - Graduation is mandatory
  • Preferred sector - Digital Payments, FMCG, Banking etc.
