Roles and Responsibilities :
- You'll have no trouble breaking down complex business problems into simple briefs.
- You'll own all new initiatives and drive them from conception to delivery.
- When a tricky problem is presented to you, you'll deconstruct it and ideate a roadmap.
- You'll look for problem areas that need to be tackled. You don't wait for business to tell you what to do; you're one step ahead, you intuitively know what needs your attention.
- You're a stickler for precision; you'll be the brand's guardian and ensure brand hygiene across all communication and creatives.
- You'll tactfully give constructive and objective feedback on creatives to ensure they deliver on your brief.
- You'll work with stakeholders to ensure your briefs are watertight and meet all business goals.
- Information architecture comes naturally to you. If there's no form and flow, you know it won't make sense.
- You'll make strategic decisions for the media you're operating in.
- You can step back and dissect your projects to dig out areas we can improve on.

- You're coherent and clear in both your written and verbal communication.
- You love being tuned in. You know where the business is headed.
- You keep your eyes peeled on the competition.
- Deadlines don't scare you and you're happy to comply with them.
- You're a pro at the art of being subtly assertive and getting stakeholders to deliver.
- You're not intimidated by the fact that you have to talk to function heads to push your agenda. In fact, it excites you that you're getting an opportunity to liaise cross-functionally.
- Data doesn't muddle you because you know sometimes you need to look at it to decipher what's working. You're an ace at reporting it periodically.
- You have prior experience working with creative folks, guiding them to frame content for external and internal communication.
- You understand our customer psyche and know how and where to talk to them to land maximum impact.
- You are meticulous about flawless grammar, syntax and punctuation.
- You have an aesthetic and creative eye.
