Job Description
Resposibility:
This Position is mainly responsible for developing quality system for an Investment Casting foundry to meet day to day requirements of the customers and to ensure activities are run to program, budget and meet the company's requirements & target."
- To co-ordinate the daily operation of foundry personnel jointly with Head - Production and Head - Maintenance and Head- New Product Development
- To handle Quality Issues i.e. identifying Non conformities, analyzing the data, carrying out Root Cause analysis, CAPA
- Lead activities and output of Metallurgy Lab, Testing Lab, Chemistry Lab
- To perform Product and Process audit independently
- To handle customer complaints-Tracking, Records and closure
- To train the Quality department Personnel and concern workman
- To evaluate method of inspection, use of instrument according to engineering drawing
- To prepare PDI Report, Upload the same on Customer's Portal, Layout Inspection, Updating documents like PFC, Control Plan, FMEA
- To manage and direct a team of skilled and technical person through sound personnel practices such as, regular performance appraisal
- To identify training needs for his team and mentoring them
