Job Description
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Min 2 years of experience in process training
- Ability to learn and consistently improve on performance
- Experience in content development
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical skills to identify problems, understand basic analysis method, analyze data independently and report out findings
- Evaluate and measure training activities, effectiveness and publish reports periodically
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to take decisions independently
- Good excel knowledge of word, excel, power point, outlook
Technical Competencies: (Job related)
- Intermediate knowledge of office Microsoft programs (excel, word, outlook, power point)
Soft Skills: (Job related)
- Good communication skills verbal & written with neutral accent.
- Easily approachable, friendly with matured approach in handling situations
- Ability to moderate the stress levels of the team members
- Self-motivated and a good people management skills
- Good client interfacing and convincing skills
- Easily approachable, friendly with matured approach in handling situations
Working days : Day shifts, 6 Days working with One rotational week Off.
