Job Description
As a Sr.Software Engineer - Selenium Java, you will be part of an agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Your key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with developers, test engineers, project managers and other stakeholders across the SDLC
- Executing automated test iterations, tracking and reporting test results, troubleshooting and coordinating bug fixes.
- Designing, building and maintaining automation scripts using Selenium Java (Cucumber, Hybrid, POM framework)
- Resolving technical challenges faced within projects on a day-to-day basis.
- Building domain knowledge around healthcare standards, workflows and technologies
- Regularly sharing status updates with leads/client managers
Education
- Engineering Degree - BE, BTech, BCS
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in Automation Testing using Selenium Java.
- Awareness of the automation testing lifecycle
- Good knowledge of Core Java
- Experience in building automation frameworks from scratch for Web/Angular/ applications BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
- Ability to design test cases based on requirements.
- Strong understanding of OOPS concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile processes, QA lifecycle and automation methodology
- Should be able to work independently.
- Prior experience of working with healthcare applications will be an added advantage. Roles and Responsibilities
