Desired Candidate Profile

There are multiple openings present in a MNC, looking for Selenium with Java automation test developers with the experience from 2 to 7 years.
Strong working knowledge on Selenium for web applications Strong understanding of testing methodologies.
Strong hands on experience in Core Java, collections framework and Exception handling.
Ensure delivered products conform to highest quality standards.
Build automation frameworks and tools to improve product quality and developer productivity.
Define and Communicate Quality process, tools and metrics to key stakeholders - engineers, managers, executives, and customers.
Define test plans and code reviewing strategies, preferably on test automation.
Collaborate across teams to implement best practices for quality assurance approaches and their execution.
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Work on projects executed across geographies and cultures.

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
