Check the quality of calls by agent on daily basis
Provide Feedback to agents whenever needed
Taking sessions/ Training if required
Brief idea about fatal @ non-fatal parameters
Maintain reports, dashboards on daily basis
Mapping High auditing factors
Good knowledge of QA Tools
Proficient in MS Excel and Reports
Identify gaps, provide feedback, Call Calibration and refresher sessions to agent and create audit reports
Graduation is mandate
2+ years of experience as QA Analyst in BPO domain
Excellent Communication Skill
