Responsibilities:

Build:
- Own the product architecture
- Create common reusable components/libraries
- Write high-quality code to solve a complex problem
- Learn and understand user interaction
- Continuously optimize the application to meet business growth
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
Leadership
- Attract, recruit & mentor engineers
- Regularly publish your learnings on our medium blog

Education/Experience

High on customer-obsession
Strong communication skills
Strong sense of ownership, drive, and ability to deliver results
End to end development experience
Understandings of engineering best practices, design patterns, and data structure
Proficient in Javascript, React.js including DOM manipulation and the javascript object
Experienced in REST APIs, HTML, CSS, Redux, and Git
3+ years of experience in frontend development
