Desired Candidate Profile

• Provides technical direction across discovery, design, development, go-live and support.
• Adept at learning new technologies and training/nurturing/grooming development teams on those technologies.
• Takes full responsibility (one who doesn't externalize or blame others) for overall planning, execution and success of projects from a tech standpoint.
• Well versed with client management, should have the ability to pick-up a technical conversation or a debate with client, and influence the outcome based on facts and logic.
  
• Communicates and enforces coding standards, performs code reviews, and has a very good understanding of scrum principles.
• Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
  

Required Candidate profile

• 9+ years of experience in LAMP Stack
• Experienced in delivering complex consumer facing web and mobile projects, more on the Digital transformation side and less on ERPs/Mainframes.
• Good understanding of latest technologies like big data, block chain, AR/VR, AI, ML among others.
• Should have managed and led a team of more than 8+ team members.
• eCommerce Implementation experience on Magento is an added advantage.
• Understands complex database concepts and effectively employs different database design techniques.
• Possesses good experience on servers (LINUX, Ubuntu and Windows) , Caching mechanisms, AWS, Application Scaling, Security and DevOps.
