About Department : PMO Department of JSW GBS with 10 employees work on MIS, Reporting, Analytics, Excel Macros projects, process improvements in JSW GBS.

About Role: Junior Manager/Assistant Manager-PMO: The role will be a part of Shared Service management team, the person will drive the movement to creation of a centre of excellence.

Job Specification:
1. Drive creation and monitoring of a robust set of metrics
2. Drive process improvements across all processes in collaboration with operational leaders
3. Drive automation across all processes in collaboration with operational leaders
4. Drive and setup governance model across projects like RPA, Ariba implementation, etc.

Fundamental inputs:
Qualification: Graduate in any field with MBA in Finance/Operations (Full time education preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5 Years Experience in core finance/ finance shared services experience
Location: CBD Belapur - Navi Mumbai
