Job Description

With knowledge of Fixtures design, Tool design, Part design, Modeling, Drafting & Assembly.

Product design with product process flow chart in CREO surface approach.

Adept in handling CREO with exposure to design by using Top-down approach.

Developing 3D assemblies, 3D models and 2D drawings of moderate complexity.

Familiar in GD&T and customize new symbols and templates.

Proficient in managing design process involving design & development, co-ordination with internal departments.

Good in Project planning and Concept designing to meet the customers deadline.

Familiar with industrial Equipments, Machines & Robots.

Knowledge of plastic

Knowledge of KAIZEN, POKAYOKE, APQP, (PPAP, DFMEA).

Tools:

CREO (Part Modeling, Assembly, Adv. Assembly, Mold tools, plastic, Surface Design, Drawing & Detailing)

AutoCAD (2D Drafting & Isometric)

Solid works (Basic)
