Roles and Responsibilities

The responsibility of BUSINESS ANALYST-IS is to manage and coordinate all the activities related to the implementation, operation, maintenance and support of information systems that support core organizational functions and business processes.
-Must have experience in Configuration, modification, enhancement in various module of SucessFactor
-Must have rich experience in Full Life Cycle Implementation Experience in SAP

Role & Responsibilities
To gather, analyze ancument the requirements

Analyze and freeze the requirements

Coordinate with different teams

To plan and monitor the project process

Accommodate process and requirement change requests

Design and review test cases

To provide training to users

Content preparation as per the users requirements

Issue Resolutions and process documentation

Prioritize issues based on the nature of issues (criticality)

Allocation of tasks
