Profile ;- Agency Manager(Agency Channel)Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata,Product: Life/Health InsuranceSalary : Negotiable KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Job Profile: -1. To identify potential Financial Advisors & recruit them from your natural contact & references.2. To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRDA process & regulations & sales & soft skills.3. To schedule the IRDA Exam for the prospect Advisor & generating their Code.4. Set targets for advisors, review them & consistently motivate them to generate maximum business out of them.5. Designing contests & arranging campaign s for lead generation of prospective clients & advisors.6. Reporting to the Branch Manager Desired Candidate Criteria: -1. Any Graduate are welcomed.2. Must be a localize in City for at least an 2 year.3. Professional having any Sales & Marketing experience from any industry.4. Candidate should be an excellent team player & should pose goodleadership qualities.5. Good communication skills & present ability. Good Network6. Age Limit: 21 years to 35 years.
