Job Purpose/Key Role:
Role Title: Solution Architect in Financial & Accounting
Location: Pref Bangalore/Gurgaon, India
Role Summary:
Solution Architect will be part of the Solution Innovation team in AAPAC and will join Sales and Opportunity team to understand client expectations, market & industry dynamics, to build solutions which will leverage the best of company
e offerings & assets
Solution Architect will be judged around these following points:
- Possess ability to command a seat at table in client and other related discussions
- Ability to tell a compelling story used to illustrate the solution through the use of simple words that create a narrative for the relevant stakeholder
- Value Architecture & Realization - Identify and shape benefit opportunities for clients by improving business performance, creating long-term win-win relationships and focusing on execution excellence
- Estimation & Planning - The process of finding an estimate, or approximation, which is a value that is usable for some purpose even if input data may be incomplete, uncertain, or unstable.
- Negotiation Skills: Resolve issues and make better decisions to produce a mutually beneficial outcome
- Offering & Content Expertise - Position and leverage a standard offering and its service definitions as the starting point for all client solutions during the sales, mobilization or delivery stages of deals.
- Understand the competitive landscape and positions company's value proposition vis--vis competition
Pre-Requisites:
Excellent Content Expertise in Financial & Accounting offerings across all towers PTP, OTC, RTR and FP&A
Strong awareness of latest technologies and platforms used in the F&A offering
Ability to visualize shifting the client from traditional F&A to Digital F&A through varying degrees of transformation
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a high-level indicative Business Case at early stage with minimal data and guidance
- Independently build solution based on client requirements & expectations
- Effectively leverage internal teams for estimations, transition planning and technology and platform architecture
- Develop differentiated solution through automation, analytics and technology stack
- Move out of its comfort zone to try new things and drive innovation
- Navigate through multiple stakeholders, drive consensus, take difficult decision when required
- Can stand up and be pro-active
Travel: Reasonable extent of travel Domestic and International
Team Size/ Span of Control: Will be an IC role
Shift Timings:
Flexible, would be dependent on geography of the client they manage
