Roles and Responsibilities

FM should be either from Chemical industry or pharma. Preferably having exposure in bulk drug manufacturing or R & D
He should have exposure to different machines used in pharma industry such as agitators, dryers, mixers etc.
Should be good with documentation and should have exposed to USFDA related documentation and / or GMP
Should equally be good with other aspects of maintenance Level of communication within the organization and with the client.
Tertiary qualifications in either Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering essential;
Prior 10-12 years' experience in utilities and systems used in production / pharmaceutical facilities.
Contract Administration experience of 5 yrs or more required;
Excellent people management skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands;
Demonstrated experience with tendering and service improvement initiatives required
Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements
Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable
Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required.
