Job Description

Responsible for overall branch operations and profitability of the branch.
Handling branch operations team, motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch set targets month on month.
Ensure gold loan growth at branch month on month.
Responsible for canvasing and marketing all financial products of Muthoot Finance.
Building relationship with customers and follow- up.
Increase interest collections of the branch and control on NPA's.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

Graduates / Post graduates with operations and marketing experience in Banking and Financial industry.
Minimum period of 2 years can also apply (Preferred only Males)
