• Managing a network of channel partners,
• Imparting training to them and monitoring the network to achieve sales targets.

• Achieving Annual/Quarterly/monthly sales volume for Used CV/Car Business
• Deliver the targeted spread in terms of interest rates for the business

• Responsible for the monthly productivity

• Executing the local marketing activities in the Location as per agreed plans
• Keeping the track of competitors and update the strategies accordingly
• Explore emerging markets

Candidate experience and Qualification:

• Should a Graduate from a recognized Institute.
• Should have overall 8+ yrs of Experience in reputed Bank/NBFC.
• With Good knowledge in finance industry.
• Required Team Handling ability.
• Should have Customer Database
• Having sufficient process knowledge of Credit & Operations
• TAT Deliverables
