Job Description

As part of a human resources team, recruitment executive will be responsible for leading the staffing efforts and building a strong workforce that adds to the company's bottom line.
Should have a deep understanding of the job requirement and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sourcing and identifying right candidates with required skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job
Data mining through job portals & other direct sources.
Identify candidates through conventional & innovative sourcing methods.
Generating daily reports and providing management updates.
Searching for candidates from our database/Headhunting.
Preliminary screening/Shortlisting of candidates through telecom/personal meeting.
And other HR operations activities: Documentation, Coordination Etc.
