Job Description

Responsible for achieving Sales Target and monthly benchmarks set by Supervisors.
Maintaining Call Quality (Quality score should be greater than 80%)
Updating CRM with in prescribed TAT.
Hardcore sales of Insurance and Mutual fund.
Generating leads through cold calling & references.
Timely follow-up with prospects with in framework of company compliance.
Converting at-least 15% of assigned Talisma leads.
