Candidates must have following key responsibilities:

Updating of machine PM Plan and PM as per plan/ schedule Breakdown(BD) resolve and predective maintenance against B.D Checking daily checksheet & maintenance machine history card Maintaining machine MTBF and MTTR and Maintain spare parts list To generate PR of maintenance material &maintain record for the same . To interact with the supplier for maintenance spares Maintain all records : PM Plan,PM checksheet, daily checksheet through Fusion Identifying Energy Saving projects Kaizen/ Suggestion- as per policy Quality Circle Hands on Experience of shot blasting, Powder Coating, Compressor , PT line, Conveyor
