Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Commercial Credit Administrative and Compliance adherence
In this role, you will be working with the credit administrative and compliance adherence team supporting the USA major auto finance company primarily in dealer financial services.
Responsibilities
Work on Credit Administration Process, dealing with the Security Perfection and Collateral Review.
Preparations of the required documentation for security filing for all the 50 USA states and applicable counties.
Conduct a periodic audit on change in debtor s details, passing through a change in SOS Corporation registered name and business license.
Conduct a periodic audit on lenders security interest, by identifying additional creditor onboarded and reviewing pledged collateral details/definitions
Timely issuance of notification to co-lenders and other required creditors.
Preparation of weekly monthly MIS reports.
