Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for Day to Day Operations of Assigned Team at centre.
Manage a strong professional relationships with team members, Clients and Key Stakeholders
Assist Team Manager with the development and execution of annual business plan, while looking for new ways to improve operations and cost optimization
Conduct staff performance reviews; assess needs, cost/benefit analysis and other operational strategy assessments.
Establish a high standard for productivity, quality, and customer service as well as define user guidelines.
Manage and improve team performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits and quality assurance measures.
Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports
Aid human resources department in recruitment process by interviewing potential hires and outlining clear job expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelors Degree
2+ years of supervisor experience in Contact Centre Operations
Experienced in Outbound / Online Sales would be preferred
Self-Motivated and ability to go extra mile to achieve the best results
Excellent verbal communication skills
Shift:
Day Shift - 9 Hrs
Rotational Week offs
Operating window - 08:00 Hrs 22:00 Hrs.
