Job Designation: Accounts Admin (Full Time)
Job Location - Thane West
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support bookkeeping procedure
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Working on Tally ERP 9 and company-based ERPsystem
- Manage the student life cycle from registration/admission to graduation/leaving etc.
- Deal with queries and complaints procedures
- Coordinate examination and assessment processes
- Use information systems and prepare reports and statistics for both internal and external use
