Job Description
Dear Candidate,
Greetings of the day!
We are Hiring for Site Procurement
Key result areas:
- Collaboration with planning on requirements today, next week, 3 months
- Interact with vendor forecast + PO
- Interact with imports procurement clearance person for all imports requirements planning output to him next 3 months requirements.
- Port related clearances bonding procedures
- Packaging VMI needs to trigger requirements as necessary
- Analysis of Fast Moving, Slow moving and non-moving items and inform user and Purchase for further planning
- Action on non-moving items and slow moving items
- Ensure OTIF Order Fulfilment (ON TIME IN FULL) >98% ---- 95%
- Engage with central sourcing team for pricing and commercial related issues
- Engage with QC and Ops on Quality and service related issues and also to some extent with vendors
Must have skills:
- Ability to handle large datasets and perform high-level data analysis
- Analytical thinker and critical problem solver
- Project management skills
- Able to manage budgets and maximize the yield from them
