Based out of Gurgaon, their network consists of universities, training providers, higher education institutions and schools. As the AM Institutional Sales , you will be responsible for ensuring Lead generation through Call / Fixed Meetings / Cold Call / Email/ Social media, and growing the business.

AM Institutional Sales - Region: North & Central India; Base Location: Gurgaon
Regional Manager - Region: South India; Base Location: Chennai


What you will do:
  • Creating Sales funnel
  • Identifying and tying up with potential institutions & schools to implement assessments offered by .co.
  • Planning & Reporting Daily / Weekly/ Monthly
  • Preparing and submitting reports to department head with specified timelines defined. e.g. daily sales report, monthly report, quarterly revenue & projection report, Annual BD report
  • Creating and keeping updated database of potential business clients on the companys sales and marketing portal
  • Supporting exam administration team for conducting exams whenever required in case of limited staff availability for selected dates.
  • Planning & Reporting: Preparing a sales plan for the region defined above with detailed budgets
  • Preparing and submitting reports to department heads within defined timelines
  • Managing Team
Key Result Areas
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue target by product. The target must be accomplished viz quantity and value
  • Expanding network of clients
  • Relationship Management Developing and sustaining strong, productive customer relationships with schools & higher education institutions
  • Conducting Student & Parent Orientation Programmes
Key Performance Indicators:
  1. Achieving defined target of client signups and paid candidature
  2. Achieving number of successful meetings required
  3. Meeting product/ service delivery as required

Required Candidate profile

What you need to have:
  • Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum Experience 3 years, Max Experience 5 years
  • Experience of working in education industry only
  • Must Have: Proficient in English language (Written & Oral Communication) - CEFR
  • Level C1 / GETS Scale of English Level 7
  • Open to travel across allotted region
  • Must have Bike or Car

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
