Job Description:

1. Product related

• Handling FMCG/ Pharma productfrom field
• providing nutrition solutions as per the requirement for the customers

2. Marketing related

• Providing scientific information to the team on new marketing collaterals provided by the company
• Coordinating with the marketing team to come up with innovative collaterals for product promotion
• Keep an update on competitor products and communication used for the product promotion
• Constantly updating the PMT regarding the new scientific information related to the product

3. Training related:

• Providing periodical nutrition and product training to the new and existing field force/promotersas per the guidelines provided by the company
• Handling product and nutrition related queries of the field force /promoters meeting the doctors/Consumers

4. Field related:

• Participation in paramedic activities arranged by the field force for scientific dissemination among the healthcare professionals
• Coordinating with field and actively participate in the field work
• Conduct health talks in schools,apartments,corporate office on importance of nutritionor product promotion
• Conduct camps/events on a regular basis and provide the required information (diet counselling)
• Actively participating in the product promotional events
• Coordinating with the field forceon the work and make a report
• Actively participating in all the activities conducted by Pristine Organics
