Job Description

Desktop Support Troubleshoot and resolve desktop incidents, Manage disk and folder sharing, and permission settings on desktops.
Handle printer problems at users, desktops.
Provide support to voice equipment including support for Lupin. VOIP voice devices such as plugging in the headsets and carrying out headset settings.
Assist users in accessing applications rt Engine
