Tasks:
. Operational excellence with internal stakeholders end to end needs
. Regular Monitoring of resource Commission trend and sharing with the Management.
. Help in defining and re-defining goals for IC resource and Managers.
. Work Closely with Ad cloud team and publish relevant metrices - Adv. Revenue, Spend, Growth, Adoption, Renewal, attrition.
. Govern the data integrity in internal systems for Project stage, Project Status (Red/Yellow), Project Expiry and other project related metrics within assigned industries.
. Flexible to support Ad-hoc Analysis and should be a Pro for recommendation in system/process improvements.
. Support ad-hoc reporting requests for leadership on forecast, backlog, project staffing, project health, etc.
. Flexible to support team during late hours calls.
. Should be flexible enough to support multiple teams and Deadlines.
. Quality and Audit checks
. Owning Team's compensation plan, which would include setting up its structure components payout and issues.
What you need to succeed
. You will have a degree in a Finance professional services related field as well as working experience in a professional services/consulting environment of an enterprise software company or consultancy
. Knowledge of online or offline direct marketing functions is an asset, though not required. You will be comfortable responding to the varying demands of working for a dynamic, international company
. You are a self-motivated individual, with well-developed inter-personal & communication skills and a strong desire to succeed
. Able to motivate other project team members, even under high pressure
Required Skills
. Proven successful Program management experience, preferably delivering large enterprise-based applications and solutions with overall 5 - 8 years of experience.
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance or similar discipline
. Innovative/Smart thinker
. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
. MS Office tool expert i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
. High attention to detail, and thoroughness
. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
. Strong conflict resolution skills
. Superb organizational skills to be able to coordinate complicated issues.
. Exceptional relationship builder with Counter-partner.
