Job Responsibility:

• 1 Years experience into BPO.
• Has worked as a process trainer and product trainer.
• Should know the tools to save training attrition
• Should be aware of POWER POINT and excel
• Prepare Training Calendar and Working plan
• TNI based Refreshers
• Coordinating Calibrations sessions with Client and Internal Quality and Operations team.
• Have experience in OJT, TTT, TNI, TNA
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement
• Monitor employee performance & train accordingly
• Refresher training

Candidate Profile:

• *Candidate with Good/Exellent Communication in English
• *Candidate should have worked as a Process Trainer in
• *Previous/Current job role on papers.
• *Qualification : Graduation
• *Should be Confident and Optimistic.
