Job Description

Process : Pre-Authorization

1. Responsible for operational metrics & revenue Targets.

2. Ability to identify costs, prepare and track budgets.

3. To proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts in line with client expectations.

4. Ensure delivery of client KPIs including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures.
