Job Description

Install and configure software and hardware.
Manage network servers and technology tools.
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
Troubleshoot issues and outages.
Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
Hands-on Linux troubleshooting skills.
Take weekly and monthly audits on all services , firewalls and Active directory services.
Regular interval of server backup.
Onboarding and exit clearance of employees.
Hands-on AWS IAM, Azure Ad and Atlassian Admin.
Patch Management, upgrading, documentation pertaining to design, operation, etc. Should be able to manage time and assignment.
Must be able to communicate with multiple levels of users in the organization with varying levels of technical capabilities.
Good experience on Linux OS with Scripting and automating knowledge mentoring L2 team with SOPs and technical briefings.
Thoroughness in following up on and completing tasks is imperative.
Implement, configure, Install, OS Hardening support on various OS flavours.
You Have
Previous experience as an System Admin in an company for 2-4 years
Bachelors in Computer Science, ECE , IT or similar relevant field
Knowledge of AWS , Linux Administration and Computer Hardware
Outstanding oral and written communication, presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
