We have an opening with one of the leading IT Infrastructure Company for below profile.
Designation - Customer Support Executive
Location - Goregaon
Experience - Freshers or min 1-2yrs
Job Description:
- Fresher candidates are also welcome
- 1- 2 years of experience in international BPO ( handling US / UK customer
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Work closely with Corporate Individual/Technology team and Operations/Clients.
- Tagging Incidents / Service Request and recording.
- Answer calls for inbound internal technical issues.
- Strictly adhere to the escalation process and inculcate best practices.
- Interact with client & technology team to get tech issues resolved.
- Ensure end to end follow up is practiced on Incidents.
- Applicant should be willing to take initiatives and ownership of issues and drive it to closure.
- Adherence to accuracy and quality in output delivery.
- Ready to work in a 24*7 environment across shifts.
