Role - Management Trainee- Recruitment - Female candidates only or Team Lead- Recruitment

Experience- 0-3 yrs of experience in any domain

Job Profile:

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job boards, professional networks, referral and other social media sites etc
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Shortlisting and Scheduling Interviews
Build strong candidate relationships & credibility
Complete end to end coordination till joining.
