Roles and Responsibilities


  • Plan, Execute & promote business & achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
  • Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities
  • Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and out standings
  • Establish , Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system
  • Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network
  • Minimize the leakages, damages, transit losses & ensure no return policy
  • Responsible to develop the team & build the team spirit
  • Customer Contact Programs and addressing complaints
  • Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries
  • Distributor Management ensure distributor get maximum ROI as per the Industry.
  • Ensure to promote, develop and expand the business to new territories

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate


Age. Min.:23 yrs Max.30 yrs


Experience: Min. Exp.2-5 yrs in Sales in FMCG ( Nestle, Britannia, Mars, Marico, MTR, Maiyas)


Preferably Male Candidates.
