Description:

Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings. Responsible for Technology,Lateral&Volume/ Bulk hiring Strategic Recruitment and Manpower planning- Effectively creating recruitment strategy plans and executing the same for closure within TAT. Designingandimplementingeffectiverecruitmentandstaffingstrategies-Ensuring utilization of all channels of recruitment (Channel Partners, Job Portals, Employee Referral & Social Media) to ensure timely closure with finesse. Assess applicants relevant knowledge,skills, soft skills ,experience and aptitudes. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to there st of the team. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Onboard new employees in order to be come fully integrated. Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job. Required Candidate profile Graduation Mandatory. Should have relevant corporate bulk hiring experience.(Blend experience of Bulk/IT/Leadership hiring would be an advantage.) Shifts would be from 1PM-10PM IST however applicant should be flexible in case if business exigencies. Need Excellent Interpersonal skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
